Paris rail network unreliable

A group of Paris RATP commuters have taken the transportation chiefs to court due to daily travel issues they have encountered that have ultimately made them late for work. The class action suit presents that the busiest line of the capitals metro is failing the public that depend on reliable transportation.

A class action suit would allow this group to collectively sue without having to separately file a case and hire a lawyer.

Some riders claim that due to the inefficiency of public transportation riders looking for employment have not been successful or have been fired due to being late to their jobs. What should be a 10 minute commute to the busy financial district can take up to 40 minutes or longer which has been causing headaches for concerned citizens.

The group is demanding the city of Paris review the complaints and come up with some solutions to improve the experience of commuters.
